The resort boasts 150 carefully designed traditional Hawaiian bungalows, called 'hale,' which with their thatched roofs and expansive terraces, the 'lanai,' pay homage to the rich cultural heritage of Kona Village. The 37 larger and more secluded 'kauhale' suites are situated directly on the beach or ocean and feature an extra living room with comfortable seating and a lanai with a dining table. The resort is surrounded by various beaches, including the iconic Hawaiian lava sand beach, allowing you to choose the type of beach where you want to stay. The 'kauhale' have one or two bedrooms.
