At Travel Platinum, you can book your trip with complete peace of mind. We are affiliated with the ANVR, SGR, and the Calamity Fund. These organizations provide you, as a traveler, with the most security.

ANVR

Travel Platinum is affiliated with the ANVR. The ANVR enforces strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of trips and information about them. The trips we offer are provided under the ANVR Traveler Conditions (ANVR Conditions for Package Holidays or ANVR Booking Conditions for individual travel services and/or Linked Travel Arrangements Conditions).

When booking, you must check the box on the booking form to confirm that you have read and agree to the specific conditions from the ANVR Traveler Conditions applicable to your booking, namely the ANVR Conditions for Package Holidays or ANVR Booking Conditions for individual travel services and/or Linked Travel Arrangements Conditions, as well as other ANVR information.

Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden (SGR)

Travel Platinum and 333travel are affiliated with SGR. You can verify this at www.sgr.nl. Within the scope of the SGR guarantee scheme (www.sgr.nl/garantieregeling), the trips published on this website (bolded where applicable) are covered by the SGR guarantee. This SGR guarantee means that the consumer is assured that their pre-paid travel money will be refunded if the counterparty cannot fulfill the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. To the extent that the agreement also includes transportation and the destination has already been reached, arrangements are made for the return journey.

Own contribution to SGR
Since February 1, 2021, every consumer booking a trip with an SGR-affiliated travel organization pays €5 per person per booking. For years, the guarantee for your booked holiday was free, but even after the COVID-19 crisis, the guarantee fund must be there for you so that you can travel without worry.

Calamity Fund

Travel Platinum is affiliated with the Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen. Within the scope of the Calamity Fund's guarantee scheme, the trips published in this program / on this website are covered by the guarantee of the Calamity Fund. 

This guarantee means that you, as a consumer participating in a trip organized by us:

• (a part of) your travel sum will be refunded if we cannot or cannot fully carry out the trip due to a calamity;
• you will be reimbursed for necessary additional costs if we have to modify the trip due to a calamity or if we need to repatriate you early.

A calamity is understood to mean an abnormal event caused by violence or natural disaster.
