Travelers to the Philippines need a valid Dutch passport/Belgian international travel document that is still valid for at least six months upon entry into the Philippines. No visa is required for stays of up to 30 days. For stays longer than 30 days, a tourist visa must be applied for.
Every traveler must register within 72 hours before departure to the Philippines on the E-Travel portal (Electronic Travel Declaration System) (information in English). This registration is free of charge. After registration, you will receive a QR code. You should present this code to the airline during check-in for both the outbound and return journey.
