The sun in Singapore is much stronger than in the Netherlands. We recommend taking it easy with the sun at first and avoiding the hottest hours of the day. It is important to apply a high SPF sunscreen thoroughly.
In the tropical heat, you lose a lot of fluids. A lack of hydration can lead to severe headaches. We advise drinking plenty of water and taking breaks out of the sun regularly. Pay special attention to children, as their skin is still very sensitive. Don't forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, or a cap.
