Namibia, a country that guarantees a unique travel experience and elevates luxury to a new level. The combination of desert, mountains, coastline, and unique wildlife makes Namibia a stunning destination for nature lovers and adventurers.
Our journey begins with a KLM flight to Cape Town in South Africa, where we enjoy three days of exploring all the beauty this impressive city has to offer. Under clear blue skies, we start our mornings with delicious breakfasts at The Silo, including a spectacular view of Table Mountain. From the top of this mountain, we admire the city and are treated to breathtaking views of the city, coastline, and mountains.
Early in the morning, we fly from Cape Town to Walvis Bay in Namibia. From the air, we get a good view of the world's most inhospitable coastlines. The coast is dotted with shipwrecks and animal skeletons, reminders of numerous shipwrecks over the years. This coastline is also an important habitat for wildlife such as fur seals, dwarf penguins, dolphins, and whales.

CRUISE ALONG THE LEGENDARY SKELETON COAST
Upon arrival, a sturdy 4WD is ready for us, and we begin a stunning five-hour journey along the legendary Skeleton Coast until we arrive at our overnight stay, Shipwreck Lodge. This unique lodge, built against the dunes, offers a panoramic view of the ocean and the surrounding area. The terrace is the perfect place to relax as the sun sets behind the Atlantic Ocean, with a good glass of wine in hand. We fall asleep to the sound of the wild waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
The next day, we undertake a beautiful 4WD trip through the dry riverbed of the Hoanib River, where the ranger shares stories of the shipwrecks' former glory.

The Enchantment of Damaraland
Our journey continues to Damaraland, renowned for its unique landscape featuring rock formations, sand dunes, desert elephants, and rock paintings. Here, we arrive at our wonderful overnight stay; Camp Kipwe. This camp offers an intimate and authentic safari experience amidst breathtaking natural beauty. We take a refreshing dip in the cooling pool, and the dinner provides a surprising culinary experience. Think juicy ostrich steak and herb-baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, and a delightful glass of wine.
The desert elephant is a fascinating phenomenon in Namibia. These extraordinary animals have adapted to the harsh life in the desert. It is truly special to see these animals in the wild. Early in the morning, we go on a game drive with a large off-road vehicle in search of the famous desert elephants in the dry riverbeds of the Huab River. This game drive lasts about 4-6 hours. When we spot them, we are left speechless; it is magnificent to see the elephants in their extreme habitat.
The rock engravings of Twijfelfontein in Namibia are a true treasure of prehistoric art and cultural heritage. Located in a dry, rocky landscape, these ancient carvings offer a fascinating insight into the life of the San people, who lived in this area over 6,000 years ago. The engravings, mainly depicting animals and hunting scenes, testify to the rich history and cultural traditions of the San people. Twijfelfontein is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site because of the extraordinary artistic and historical value of these prehistoric artworks. So, a visit to this special place is a must. The sun blazes, and the silence is deafening, and you can feel the age of the earth here.

IN SEARCH OF THE BIG 4 IN ETOSHA
Etosha National Park in northern Namibia is one of Africa's largest wildlife reserves. With its vast salt pan, unique landscapes, and abundant wildlife, Etosha offers an unforgettable safari experience. This park, home to more than 100 mammal species, includes the Big 4 – elephants, lions, leopards, and rhinoceroses. You will stay at the exclusive safari camp Onguma Camp Kala. The camp is built on wooden decks, offering panoramic views over one of Onguma's most beautiful and active waterholes. Enjoy a private safari experience through the park in a luxury safari vehicle and end the day with a magical sundowner at a special location.

UNFORGETTABLE SUNSET IN SOSUSSVLEI
Sossusvlei, in the south of Namibia, is one of the country's most spectacular natural attractions, renowned for its towering red sand dunes. Here, &Beyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge offers the opportunity to experience ultimate luxury while overlooking the enchanting Namib Desert. With only 10 villas, guests are invited to enjoy the serenity of the desert, with a stunning pool filled with water from an underground spring to cool off.
We conclude our adventure in Namibia in style with a hot air balloon ride at sunrise over the breathtaking landscape of Sossusvlei. As the morning slowly dawns, the balloon gradually lifts off and drifts above the vast red sand dunes that stretch out like waves beneath a pink and orange sky. The first rays of sunlight illuminate the tops of the dunes, giving them a warm glow and slowly bringing them to life in the morning light. The silence of the morning is only broken by the gentle whisper of the wind. An unforgettable experience that provides the perfect ending to our journey through this remarkable country. Namibia
