Activities
Nay Palad Hideaway is a paradise for adventurers and nature lovers. Rent a stunning boat, complete with captain and crew, to visit a series of jewel-like uninhabited islands with pristine beaches. From deep-sea fishing to surfing on one of the world's most famous waves, Cloud 9, and from kayaking through mangroves to exploring the island in a luxury jeep.
Take a guided tour around the island, visiting attractions such as the Magpupunko Rock Pools or the Maasin Coconut Viewpoint. It takes approximately five hours to circle the island. You can also rent a bicycle to explore the surroundings actively.
The resort offers SUPs, a padel court, and watersports such as sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, and diving. In the Hideaway Village, there are also numerous activities available in the game room with a pool table, foosball, board games, or activities on the beach like badminton, pétanque, and beach volleyball.
In the evening, you can select a movie to enjoy relaxing by the pool on the beach, watching on a large outdoor screen in the open-air cinema.
Child-friendly
Children are welcome at the resort, and many villa types are ideally suited for stays with children. With beautiful gardens to play in, children will primarily enjoy the Children's Village, where they can have fun on swings, trampolines, indoor and outdoor play areas, a treehouse, and slides. In addition to the chef teaching your children how to cook, the s'mores by the campfire are truly one of the highlights.
Sustainability
The ethos of the resort is rooted in simplicity, authenticity, sustainability, and a deep respect for the natural environment. The commitment to sustainability is clearly visible in every aspect of the activities, from the use of local and organic ingredients in the kitchen to efforts to minimize environmental impact.
The philosophy 'small is beautiful' recognizes the natural beauty of the surroundings as the most precious resource. With the barefoot luxury concept, the resort aims to connect its guests with nature.
With various ecosystems coexisting, it is important to handle them with care. Siargao is home to 265 species of flora and 85 species of fauna, some of which are incredibly rare. The mangrove forest around the resort is a powerful ally in the fight against climate change, as one mangrove tree can absorb approximately 308 kg of CO2. But these extraordinary trees not only protect the environment; they are also the natural habitat for a diverse range of other flora and fauna.
The resort has joined the Long Run initiative, which embraces conservation, community, culture, and commerce. It works closely with local schools, artisans, and entrepreneurs to help Siargao thrive.
