Featuring traditional Polynesian decor and modern amenities, the resort offers luxurious Suites scattered throughout the hilly gardens. Most of the 105 accommodations are breathtaking villas situated in the lagoon above the water.

The spacious Suites start at a size of 101 m2 and are located on the beach, in the lagoon, in the garden, or higher up on the hill. Each Suite is equipped with a delightful large terrace overlooking, among other things, the garden, lagoon, and/or Mount Otemanu, and some Suites have a private pool. There is a separate sitting area with a relaxed lounge, a spacious bedroom, and the bathroom includes a double sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and freestanding bathtub.

With the Overwater Villas, you can choose a villa with or without a pool, and the terrace offers an incredible view over the lagoon. From your bed, you have an untouched view of the ocean, with windows that can be fully opened to let a wonderful sea breeze flow through the room. Although the villa has a small sitting area, there is no separate living room. The spacious terrace serves as an outdoor living room. The bathroom is as luxurious as that of the Suites.

The most exclusive villas are the Presidential Over Water Villas, which feature two full floors. This space oasis offers two bedrooms, three spacious bathrooms, a sauna, and a large living room. And that’s just the indoor space. Outside, the villa provides three separate terraces, an infinity pool with a stunning unobstructed view of the sea to the horizon, a whirlpool, dining area, and lounging space.

The coral reef at Conrad Bora Bora Nui is one of the best-preserved in the area, and the resort actively participates in the international Biorock reef restoration program. Through 17 underwater installations, the coral can grow back stronger and faster using the Biorock technique.
