During your stay at Erg Chebbi Luxury Desert Camp, you will enjoy delicious Moroccan dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients and traditional flavors. All meals are freshly prepared in the camp's kitchen by an experienced chef. Dinner consists of a three-course menu including salads or soup, traditional Moroccan dishes such as tagine, lamb mechoui, or couscous with seven vegetables, followed by seasonal fruit and/or a homemade dessert.

Breakfast is served with a variety of jams, cheeses, honey, yogurt, and traditional Moroccan pancakes, complemented by fresh bread, eggs cooked to order, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and tea. Lunch is typically light and often served as a picnic. Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can also be accommodated, and specially adapted meals are available upon request for children.

Meals can be enjoyed in the cozy dining tent or, when the weather permits, under the breathtaking starry sky of the Sahara. The camp does not sell alcohol, but guests are free to bring their own wine or other alcoholic beverages; glasses are available for use.

It is no coincidence that Essaouira frequently hosts international kite competitions. For those who prefer to explore the surroundings at a slower pace, horseback riding or camel rides along the beach, or guided walks along the coast and through the hinterland are available.

Plastic bottles are recycled as much as possible.
Vegetable, fruit, and food scraps are reused as feed for the camels and other animals or shared with local nomads.
The camp makes use of solar energy.
Quick-drying hammam towels are used, which helps to reduce water consumption.
Filtered water is served in glass bottles.
The use of plastic water bottles is minimized, and used bottles are recycled.
