Activities
Sundowner Drive
Climb the towering dunes in a 4WD. Admire the Namibian sunset over the rolling dunes with your favorite drink in hand.
The Dangerous Beauty of Skeleton Coast
The Skeleton Coast is one of Namibia's most rugged areas. The vast region stretches along the Atlantic Ocean from just north of Swakopmund to the Kunene River in the far north of Namibia, on the border with Angola. The varied and wild landscape is breathtaking in its ruggedness and consists of an unspoiled coastline, mountains, expansive dunes, and dry riverbeds.
Join a unique 4×4 excursion, driving through the dry riverbed of the Hoanib River all the way to the coast. Once at the Skeleton Coast, you will see not only the enormous Cape fur seal colonies but also shipwreck remains, the wreckage of a Ventura bomber, and the abandoned Westies Diamond Mine. These are silent witnesses to the relentless character of this pristine landscape.
The Shipwreck Coast of Namibia is a stunning area along the Atlantic Ocean, known for its untouched coastline, raging waves, and historic shipwrecks. Discover the stories behind their faded glory. Search for marine life, including seals, whales, dolphins, and seabirds, and experience the breathtaking beauty of the ocean from a boat or a coastal walk.
Sustainability
The lodge offers not only unique experiences but also high sustainability. It has received the 5-Flower top award from Eco Awards Namibia.
