Hot Air Ballooning over the Omani Desert
One of the best ways to explore the Omani desert is by floating above the serene rolling landscape in a hot air balloon. Experience the endless silence and feel the air brush past you. Observe, alongside the changing sand dunes, where the lush vegetation has the opportunity to grow and camels move in a column across the desert.
You will be picked up early in the morning, before sunrise, and taken to the starting point where the hot air balloon is prepared. This alone is a remarkable experience! Since a hot air balloon requires stable winds and this is most likely to be found in the hours just after sunrise, this is the ideal time for a balloon flight. Watch how the rising sun transforms the colors of the desert as you ascend to about 600 meters. Enjoy the endless views and the silence before the landing is celebrated with a drink and wonderful memories to take home.

- Included: Transfer to and from the starting point (from accommodations in Wahiba Sands), English-speaking guidance, coffee and tea with snacks before the hot air balloon takes off, juice and snacks afterwards.
