The 25 spacious residences are spread across 10 hectares of the entire estate and are inspired by traditional Kandyan designs. Using natural materials such as bamboo, clay, and wood, a harmonious, natural ventilation is created that perfectly aligns with the resort's sustainable vision.
There are two types of residences, named after historic farms: Vidana and Arachchi. Both feature an open layout, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings of rice fields, forests, and mountains, while enjoying peace and comfort.
Each residence is equipped with modern amenities and offers rustic luxury combined with legendary hospitality. Your personal butler is at your disposal, and you can relax on your private veranda with panoramic views of the rice fields. Four of the Vidana accommodations have forest views. Televisions are intentionally omitted to allow you to fully enjoy the natural environment. Additionally, you have your own bicycle to explore the area.
