Idyllic Koh Rang Yai
The idyllic island Koh Rang Yai is a beautiful gem on the east coast of Phuket and is primarily known for its pearl farms. The long sandy beaches invite you to take a romantic walk along the shore, and the clear waters are perfect for swimming and snorkeling, or just relaxing and drifting. This paradise is only a 15-minute speedboat ride from the harbor.
Walking on Phuket
Phuket is a stunning island, with rolling hills where waterfalls hide amidst lush foliage. COMO Point Yamu offers three different hiking routes, ending at a fantastic viewpoint. For example, the moderately challenging trek to Black Rock Viewpoint. From the rustic village of Rawai, you reach the viewpoint, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the western beach of Nai Harn and the islands beyond. Afterwards, the trail continues to Laem Krating, a less well-known spot with a truly beautiful view as well.
The second hiking route takes you to the Big Buddha, while the third guides you through the jungle to a waterfall.
Private Boat Charter
A fantastic way to experience the Bay of Phang Nga is from the water. COMO Point Yamu has a beautiful motorboat available for exclusive hire for a day or a few hours.
