Each villa features two elegantly decorated bedrooms with a modern touch, each with its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub and indoor and outdoor showers. The villas offer a spacious living room with a cozy open fireplace and a dining area. The villas at Tsala Treetop Lodge provide the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with family or friends, offering all the luxury and comfort at your fingertips. Each villa has its own infinity pool on the terrace. The villas are equipped with two bedrooms with double beds and are well suited as family rooms.

At Tsala restaurant, you can sit down for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or a three-course dinner. The intimate atmosphere of the restaurant is enhanced by the large windows that offer a constant panoramic view of the surrounding forests. Additionally, there is a terrace above the restaurant where you have the option to dine outdoors.

For an exclusive dining experience, you can visit Bistro Zinzi, where chefs with diverse culinary backgrounds craft a varied and high-quality menu. This unique culinary fusion has earned Zinzi a well-deserved spot in the top 100 best restaurants in South Africa. The interior of Zinzi is inspired by Africa and fully decorated with African elements.

The lodge features a swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Additionally, all suites and villas have their own infinity pool.

There is no spa available at Tsala Treetop Lodge. However, there is the option to book various massages, therapies, and treatments to enjoy in your room.

The lodge has a small fitness area with facilities for running, cycling, rowing, and stretching. There are also different types of weights available for your training.

Tsala Treetop Lodge is part of Hunter Hotels, an organization that is committed to the local community through the Hunter Hotels Foundation. Tsala Treetop Lodge focuses specifically on an literacy program for Grade 3 students at primary schools in Phakamisani and Kwanokuthula. Staff members of the lodge dedicate part of their working hours to teaching reading, writing, and speaking skills to these children. This initiative significantly contributes to the development of literacy among the students and prepares them for Grade 4, when they transition from their native language Xhosa to English as the medium of instruction.

Zinzi Restaurant assists by providing food parcels to the local primary school in Harkerville, ensuring that students receive a nutritious meal during school hours. Fresh produce is also donated to the soup kitchen at St. Patrick's Church and to the Masiqhame Group for the elderly and disabled in Kranshoek.
