Baxter’s Road, also known as the "Fish Fry strip" of Bridgetown, is a lively neighborhood that comes to life in the evening with the aroma of grilled fish, music, and local conviviality. Here, you can enjoy authentic Bajan dishes such as flying fish, macaroni pie, and jerk chicken – often freshly grilled and served at simple streetside tables.
