The Deluxe Pool Villas are 340 m² and are grouped together. They overlook the tropical green vegetation covering the banks of the Ayung River. The villa features a bedroom with double or twin beds, a lounge on one side, and a spacious bathroom with a romantic bathtub on the other. Large windows allow you to enjoy the view uninterrupted from every corner of the villa. There is also a Deluxe Pool Villa available with two floors, providing space for two bedrooms.

The Royal Pool Villa is also 340 m² but has a more enclosed interior and fencing for added privacy. Of course, the view remains just as spectacular. The villa has a king-size bed, and the layout is such that it either includes a living room or, outside on the terrace, a gazebo.

The Royal Spa Villa is more secluded, peacefully nestled in the greenery, allowing you to be closer to nature. It features the same amenities as the other villas but is more focused on pure relaxation. This villa type has a jacuzzi on the terrace instead of a pool. Additionally, on the terrace gazebo, there are two spa treatment beds, so you can enjoy a wellness treatment in the privacy of your own villa.

The Ayung Healing Villa is 400 m² and is located on a small organic farm on the riverbanks. The traditional Balinese architecture of this villa seems to take you back in time. The extra-large garden with a pool, surrounded by tropical greenery, emphasizes the importance of being outdoors. The villa features a double or twin bed, and the bathroom includes a romantic bathtub.

The Royal House, at 800 m², is the most exclusive accommodation in the resort. This impressive villa is inspired by a traditional Balinese palace, including a wedding chapel, several spacious rooms, a swimming pool overlooking the valley, and a large garden.
