Rooms

The Deluxe rooms are located on the ground floor or first floor of the typical Creole pavilion where these rooms are situated. Depending on the floor, the room has its own balcony or terrace with views of the lush tropical gardens. Want to be sure of having a terrace? Book the larger Premium rooms, which are always on the ground floor. These are also ideal for families. Both room types also offer an option for sea views.

Rooms directly on the beach

The Deluxe Beachfront rooms are located on the first floor of the pavilion built in authentic Creole style. From the balcony, you have direct views of the beach and the ocean. The Premium Beachfront rooms are again on the ground floor and have direct access to the beach from the spacious terrace.

Suites

Located on the ground floor of the Creole pavilion, the Premium suites with garden or sea views feature a separate living area that can also be converted into a bedroom with two separate beds. Ideal for families. You also have access to 2 bathrooms, one of which has a luxurious freestanding bath. Also on the ground floor, directly on the beach, is the Executive Beachfront suite. This suite is perfect for couples and has a separate living room, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

The Sugar Beach Resort features 3 beautiful swimming pools, including one of the largest pools in Mauritius with a view of the turquoise sea. In addition, there is a more tranquil pool and a children's pool. The loungers around the pools invite you to relax and sunbathe. You can also unwind on the 1.5 km long beach of Flic-en-Flac.

Golf enthusiasts will immediately feel at home at the Sugar Beach Resort with unlimited free green fees on two stunning golf courses: Tamarina Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course designed by Rodney Wright on the west coast of Mauritius, and Ile aux Cerfs; the world-famous golf course designed by Bernhard Langer.

Guests can enjoy a free (trial) lesson daily at the Ile aux Cerfs Golf Academy. This is available every day at 11:00 AM.

Take a boat trip and look for bottlenose dolphins and spinner dolphins that live in the waters off the west coast of Mauritius.
