The resort features 306 elegant suites, spread across various pavilions, nestled amidst lush tropical gardens or directly by the coast. The Junior Suites are located on the upper floors of these pavilions and have a balcony, while the Tropical Junior Suites are on the ground floor and come with a private garden. The suites exude a warm and inviting atmosphere thanks to their neutral colors. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The Tropical Junior Suites on the ground floor also have an additional outdoor shower.

For golf enthusiasts, the Golf Suites offer extra benefits such as free green fees and access to a golf cart. For families, there are the Family Suites with two bedrooms and each with its own bathroom, one of which features an outdoor shower.

The Beachfront Suite and Beachfront Senior Suite, located directly on the beach, offer a private pool and stunning ocean views. Additionally, this accommodation includes a dedicated resort host who can assist with reservations and other requests.

The hotel has set 52 objectives; among them: the resort makes almost 100% use of recycled wastewater for irrigation purposes, preference has been given to landscape designs in the gardens with native plants, sand, and rocks to improve irrigation needs, the resort encourages rainwater harvesting systems to direct rainwater to storage tanks, water wastage is reduced through the use of automatic sensor taps in all Artisan zones, nearly 40% of waste is separated, including plastic, cardboard and paper, cans, Nespresso capsules, candles, cooking oils, electronic waste, and organic waste, a partnership has been established with FoodWise to distribute surplus food to nearby communities.
