The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort offers one of the most spacious villas in the archipelago. The smallest villa starts at 140m² in the overwater accommodations, up to 1200m² in the exclusive Royal Estate.

The Overwater villas vary in view. You can choose views of Mount Otemanu, the island, or the lagoon. Some villas feature a whirlpool or a pool. However, you always have a staircase leading directly into the lagoon and glass floor panels, allowing you to watch colorful fish swimming beneath your villa. If staying here with children, the staircase providing access to the lagoon and the terrace can be closed for safety.

Finally, there is an exclusive Royal Estate with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, located directly on the beach, featuring a large pool and a spacious terrace with various seating areas, a dining table, and loungers.
