The 246 beautifully designed rooms, suites, and bungalows at the InterContinental Tahiti offer a delightful home amid lush tropical gardens and directly overlooking the calming azure lagoon.

The resort's Classic rooms are quite small at 26 m2, and some do not offer a real view. Therefore, we recommend choosing a Classic Ocean View room, or preferably, the Premium room. The Premium rooms are 37 m2 and offer a spectacular view, with the bed partially facing the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. Wake up and enjoy the view effortlessly. These rooms feature two queen-size beds or a king-size bed and have views of the gardens or the ocean from the balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The InterContinental features the iconic romantic Overwater Bungalows, designed and furnished with the latest and most modern technology. They are beautifully decorated with contemporary Polynesian accents that reference the island’s rich culture. From the deck, you have direct access to the stunning lagoon. At 37 m2, each bungalow offers ample space for a bedroom and a spacious sitting area. These bungalows overlook the ocean and are located near the resort’s beautiful pool. There are also two Overwater Bungalows at the end of the pier, offering unobstructed views over the lagoon to the island of Moorea. In these bungalows, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

The exclusive Motu Suites are as spacious as the Overwater Bungalows and are also situated over the lagoon, around the resort’s own ‘motu’ (small island). The suites are located next to the main pool and the Lagoonarium. The very spacious terrace is almost as large as the suite itself, offering the best views of Moorea Island.

At this motu, you will also find the exclusive Overwater Villa Moorea View, which symbolizes ultimate indulgence. The villa offers 95 m2 of space, with the terrace as expansive as the breathtaking view. Thatched walls, white linen, and panoramic windows invite you to a private stay in all luxury.

Pure tropical luxury can be found in the spacious One Bedroom Suite, located in the Premium room building. Combining an elegant view of authentic Polynesian style with 115 m2 of space, it features a separate modern lounge with an equipped bar, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, and a very large balcony with views of the gardens, lagoon, and the beautiful island of Moorea.

At the private motu where the Motu suites are located, there is a second pool that appears to flow into the Lagoonarium. This 1200 m² pool is complete with waterfalls and a jacuzzi.
