About The Manor at Ngorongoro
With luxurious cottages and an impressive main building in Cape Dutch style, The Manor at Ngorongoro takes you back to the grandeur of a bygone era. The Manor is situated in an expansive lush garden next to the Ngorongoro Crater, within the Shangri-La Coffee Estate. This is one of the oldest coffee plantations in East Africa and a region where many Dutch colonists once settled. Hence the architectural style.
In the beautiful garden, spacious and cozy Cottage Suites are scattered, offering a perfect retreat after a safari or excursion. Each Cottage Suite features a spacious sitting area with an open fireplace, which immediately separates it from the bedroom. Warm up by the romantic fireside on a cool evening, or enjoy the Victorian-style bathtub in your spacious bathroom.
From The Manor, there is an abundance of activities to explore. The lodge is not only close to the Ngorongoro Crater but also makes it easy to visit Lake Manyara. This allows you to stay longer in this special place and simultaneously discover a stunning part of Tanzania.

What you can expect:
